Tyler arrived early and cleared the A/C drainage line which solved the issue. This is my experience with Crowe and they were top notch.

Quick and very friendly!

We had an issue overnight with our A/C system and I was able to communicate with Crowe after hours by text from their website. Before they opened they contacted me and said they would send someone between 1-4 that day. However they contacted me later in the morning and said someone could come by 10:30. Great service!

I called Richard on a Sunday night because my air was out. His communication was amazing and was at my house first thing in the morning but not without trying to get me on the schedule first late that night. He repaired it quickly at a very reasonable cost. I will be using them in the future.

Our new HVAC is installed and freezing me out - which is EXACTLY what I wanted! It was a DIFFICULT install due to the limited attic space in our old (yet renovated) home. The install team spent two days in the heat and in a very small, tight attic. There was a complication that access had to be cut through the side of the old roofline so the duct could run from the new attic to the old attic. In the final three hours of install, our install team of Ashe, Larry, and Jason were joined by the install manager (Ricky) and Richard. All were hot, sweating, and worn out … but they worked together in the attic to get it done. Along the way of getting estimates, we also met Wes (Ops Manager) and several plumbers from Crowe as well. All great guys who knew how we were really nervous about this project. I appreciate hard work, doing what is right, and confidence not arrogance. We got all of this and a promise (which calmed my admitted PTSD state from our HVAC history) …. “We will get this done and it will be right. You have my word.”

The team at Crowe Heating and Air NEVER disappoints. We bought two new systems from them in November 2021. Our utility bill is typically $50/month LESS even with rising utility rates. The quality of the Trane units are top notch. The guys at Crowe are total pros but, of course Diane makes sure of that. We sing our praises for Diane, Richard, Wes and Jonathan, Tim, Brett and Nick. Thank you all for a pain free installation and for the professional follow-up when needed.
